Recruiting Assistant​

 

Carework is a growing company that is looking for a part-time Recruiter. The main functions for this position are screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, and managing our internal recruiting systems. The perfect candidate will have availability during business hours Monday-Friday and some availability on the weekends. There are also opportunities for advancement due to the growing nature of the company. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum typing speed: 40 WPM

  • Great phone voice

  • Amazing attention to detail

  • Comfortable doing repetitive work to meet weekly and monthly goals

  • Wonderful customer service- quick to respond and willing to help

  • Analytical thinking

  • Must have a reliable laptop or computer (tablets and iPads are not accepted)

  • Ability to work occasional weekends

  • Adaptable to changes within the role and pick up tasks quickly

  • Great at working independently with accountability for results

  • Able to commit to chosen workload for at least 1 year

  • Team player (to us, that means asking for help when you need it and offering help when you can!)

  • Flexible to grow with a growing company

Virtual Assistant (Support or Specialist Level) 

 

Carework’s Virtual Assistants are highly skilled, customizable team members who help streamline operations and elevate productivity for growing agencies. Our VAs support a wide range of administrative, communication, and organizational tasks - not just recruiting.

What Our Virtual Assistants Can Do

  • Calendar, inbox, and task management

  • Social media posting, newsletter coordination, and marketing support

  • Client or applicant communication

  • Onboarding coordination and internal systems support

  • Travel planning and logistics

  • Billing assistance, CRM entry, and data organization


 

Job Requirements (Support Virtual Assistant): 

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 50 WPM 

  • Must have a reliable laptop or computer with video calling capabilities (tablets and Ipads are not accepted)

  • Pay starts at $18/hour 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize independently

  • Reliable, responsive and task-oriented

  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and task management apps (e.g., Trello, Asana)

  • Customer service mindset and attention to detail

 

 

Job Requirements (Specialist Virtual Assistant): 

  • Typing speed: Minimum 60 WPM

  • Must have a reliable laptop or computer with video calling capabilities (tablets and iPads are not accepted)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role - (e.g.,client-facing positions focused on improving internal processes)

  • Pay starts at $23/hour

  • Process-driven and proactive problem solver

  • Experienced in project coordination and internal communications

  • Strong time management and analytical thinking

  • Confident using CRMs, marketing platforms, and workflow tools

  • Able to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements

  • Professional communication and emotional intelligence
