Update on Carework Plans

We have some exciting news to share here at Carework.
Throughout 2020 and 2021, we invested a lot of time and resources into improving our recruiting process. We've added value through additional services, more detailed monthly reports, and more incredible training for our team. We've seen all of these changes fall into place as our clients experience even better results and better service from their Carework team. These changes have greatly increased the level of time and effort we're able to dedicate to every Carework client.
As we continue to grow at an incredible pace, we're making some changes to ensure that we can continue to offer you the incredible service you've come to expect from us. The most notable change is that we are ending the flex plan and will only offer our traditional monthly plans moving forward.
We are sad to see the flex plan go, but this is necessary for our entire team to be able to continue helping home care agencies across the United States find and hire more caregivers. Sadly, as our company experienced explosive growth in 2021 we found that a larger than expected number of agencies were taking advantage of the flex plan. It became extremely difficult to enforce our contract without wasting time and resources that we'd rather spend serving the many incredible home care agencies we work with.
Thankfully, our monthly plans have been a staple of our offerings since we were founded in 2018 and have helped many clients reach their hiring goals. We hope you will give a monthly plan a try and let our incredible team continue to serve you.
