Where do the caregivers come from?

Like an internal hire, we use your incoming applicants from whatever job platforms you choose. Unlike an internal hire, we work seven days a week and know how to maximize your results.

What is considered a successful interview?

A successful interview is one where the caregiver shows up and you consider them qualified enough to move forward. If they show up to the interview and you consider them qualified enough to move forward, it's a successful interview.

Anything taking place after the point of the interview is in your hands, though we can adjust early screening to address any problematic trends.

What happens when I sign up for full service recruiting?

When you sign-up, you'll receive an email from us with a training video for your team and a checklist of onboarding steps. 

Your Carework account manager will reach out within 24 hours (or one business day) and make sure you've completed the onboarding steps from the checklist. Once you've completed those steps and added our admin email as a user on your job platforms, we're ready to go!

We are typically able to take over your incoming applicants within 48 hours from the time you sign up.

Then, we'll be managing your ads 7 days a week to make sure every incoming applicant receives a same-day response. Then, we'll walk them through the process with a phenomenal experience that makes them want to choose your agency. This will help you convert more applicants to actual hires. And remember, you only pay when we get you hireable caregivers in the door!

What if I don't like your services after I start?

On a flex plan, you can stop any time with two weeks' notice. 

On a monthly plan, you can pay an early termination fee to stop within the first three months or stop any time after that with two week's notice.

And on flex plans, you're only paying for successful interviews anyways- so you're always paying for the hireable caregivers you need!

We are an "integrity first" company. We never want to hold people in a contract where they feel like they're not getting what they need. If you're not satisfied, we'll do everything in our power to make it right for you.

How secure is my payment information?

Super secure. All payments are processed through Stripe, a leader in the payment processing industry.

What about my current recruiting team?

If you use our full-service recruiting, your internal recruiting team will have a lot more time to focus on getting caregivers fully credentialed and through orientation. Many of our customers find they're able to move staff from the recruiting team to other needed positions or reduce the size of their team.
