Recruiting Assistant

Carework is a growing company that is looking for a part-time Recruiter. The main functions for this position are screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, and managing our internal recruiting systems. The perfect candidate will have availability during business hours Monday-Friday and some availability on the weekends. There are also opportunities for advancement due to the growing nature of the company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Great phone voice

  • Comfortable doing repetitive work to meet weekly and monthly goals

  • Wonderful customer service- quick to respond and willing to help

  • Analytical thinking

  • Ability to work 3-6 hours a few weekends each month

  • Great at working independently with accountability for results

  • Able to commit to chosen workload for at least 1 year

Web Developer

 

Carework is taking the next step in our company's development and looking to hire a part-time web developer. As a small business, we are looking for a leader who will help shape this part of our business and be involved in company strategy. This job requires you to be a good fit with our company culture and be ready to continue shaping that culture as you eventually lead other technical hires. We are open to input on what programming languages will best accomplish our goals, but we expect that the first step (MVP) will be a word press website put together from currently available plug-ins
