This is a 6 month contract, becoming month-to-month afterward. You can pause or cancel at any time with a 2-week notice after the initial 6 months.

 

Our team handles all details in your recruiting process from ad management, phone screenings, interview/orientation bookings, reminders, and more.

 

You will have an account manager conducting weekly meetings to go over your ad performance, metrics, and overall recruiting performance and a recruiter devoted to reaching out and communicating with applicants daily, 7 days a week.

You can view your metrics, incoming applicants, notes, and more on our Carework software.

 

It'll feel like you've hired a full-service recruiting department who works 24/7 and costs less than a full-time hire.

FAQs

1. What is a successful interview or orientation?

A successful interview orientation is one where the caregiver shows up and you choose to move them forward in your hiring process.

 

For the purposes of your Carework plan, we’re tracking how many qualified caregivers attend the appointment we scheduled. For some agencies that’s interviews, for others that’s orientation. To count towards your plan the caregiver must show up, be considered qualified, be offered a job, and accept the job tat that time.

2. What if they successfully interview but don't finish orientation/ever complete a shift?

This part of the process is out of our hands and does not change their status of successfully interviewing. Most of our customers find that having us take care of the majority of hiring legwork gives them more time to get qualified caregivers through the onboarding process and working sooner, resulting in more successful hires.

3. Where do the applicants come from?

Our team of recruiters will manage your online ads on websites like Indeed, mycnajobs, Hireology, and more. You create and pay for your online ad accounts, but we do all the legwork and manage them. It's like hiring someone internally to do this for you, but we're already expertly trained in recruiting strategy and can get better results for you.

4. How do I get started?

Easy! You fill out our sign-up form below, then follow the email instructions you'll receive to get onboarded quickly. Most customers are fully onboarded within 3-5 business days, depending on how quickly you and your team complete your onboarding tasks. We occasionally implement a waiting period during high-demand times.

5. How am I charged?

You can choose if you’d like to be charged by card with a 2.9% fee or by ACH for fee-less payment. Your payment method will be automatically charged each month. Our payments are processed by Stripe.
